ATTACHED BEAUTY POLICIES

Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the appointment is canceled by Attached Beauty.

  • The remaining balance is due immediately after your service.

  • Cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, and debit/credit cards are accepted.

  • Card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance.

  • Clients may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

Late Policy

New Clients

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your consultation.

Returning Clients

Please arrive on time.

  • A $10 late fee will be added after 15 minutes.

  • Appointments 15+ minutes late may be canceled or shortened depending on the schedule.

Appointment Requirements

Brow Lamination & Lash Lift

  • Please arrive with clean brows and lashes.

  • No eye makeup, mascara, brow gel, or oils.

Waxing

  • Hair should be approximately ¼ inch long (about 2–3 weeks of growth).

  • Avoid tanning for 24-48 hours before your appointment.

  • Do not use Retinol, Accutane, or exfoliating products before facial waxing.

Numbing Cream Add-On

  • Professional numbing cream is available for $20.

  • The cream must be applied and wrapped for approximately 60 minutes before your appointment.

  • Please book this add-on in advance.

Guests & Children Policy

  • One guest is allowed only if previously approved.

  • Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service.

  • To maintain a relaxing environment, please arrange childcare whenever possible.

Service Satisfaction Policy

  • If you have any concerns, please let me know before leaving your appointment.

  • Refunds are not offered on completed services.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours so I can review the service.

Health & Safety

For your safety, services may be refused if:

  • You have open wounds or active skin infections.

  • You have a contagious condition.

  • Your skin is irritated or sunburned.

  • A consultation indicates the service would be unsafe.
